02 / Service-Line Growth Sprint · Six to eight weeks

Take one service to market with a plan that sells.

For a firm launching an offering or improving cross-selling: define the buyer, package the service and build the outreach that moves it.

Who it is for

Accounting, advisory, consulting and outsourced-services firms with a capable delivery team behind an offering that is not yet reaching enough of the right buyers—or with existing clients who do not know what else the firm can do.

Signs it is time

  • A new service line has strong delivery talent and a thin pipeline.
  • Existing clients buy one service and are unaware of the others.
  • Every proposal is written from scratch.
  • Partners hesitate to introduce a service they cannot explain in a sentence.

What the work includes

  • Ideal buyers, buying triggers and competitive alternatives
  • Positioning and a packaged offer structure with clear scope and outcomes
  • Sales narrative, proposal framework and one-page overview
  • Priority accounts, executive outreach and cross-sell plays
  • Enablement for partners and sellers
  • A simple scorecard to track early signals

Frequently asked questions

Can you run the sprint on more than one service line?

We recommend one at a time so the team can learn quickly. A second sprint can reuse the method and materials.

Do you write marketing content?

We produce the positioning, sales narrative and outreach. Broader content and campaign production can be scoped separately.

What if the diagnostic has not been done?

The sprint includes a short definition phase. If the constraint is unclear, we will recommend the diagnostic first.
