Who it is for
Owners and CEOs of accounting, advisory, consulting and outsourced-services firms—including PE-backed businesses—who need to choose the next growth priorities before hiring, launching a service line or increasing marketing spend.
Signs it is time
- Growth depends on a handful of partners or rainmakers.
- New service lines have launched but are not selling at the expected pace.
- Pipeline reports do not match what leadership expects to close.
- Referral relationships exist but produce inconsistent opportunities.
- Sales, marketing and delivery disagree on what a good client looks like.
- A board or sponsor is asking for a credible, specific growth plan.
What we examine
- Offerings and service economics: which services win, at what margin, and where packaging or pricing is unclear.
- Target markets and buyers: where the firm has a credible reason to win and where effort is dispersed.
- Pipeline and conversion: stage definitions, aging, win/loss patterns and forecast reliability.
- Partner and referral channels: which relationships originate work, and why others do not.
- Commercial operating model: sales process, roles, CRM discipline, compensation and executive reporting.
- Sales-to-delivery alignment: capacity, handoffs and how client outcomes feed expansion.
How it runs
Days 1–5 · Establish the baseline
Leadership interviews, commercial inputs and opportunity review.
Days 6–10 · Test the constraints
Assess offerings, channels, pipeline and operating discipline; separate evidence from hypotheses.
Days 11–15 · Agree the plan
Prioritize actions, define the scorecard and hold the leadership readout.
What you receive
- Commercial findings brief: strengths, constraints, evidence and open questions.
- Growth-constraint map: where effort loses effectiveness across offerings, channels and pipeline.
- Prioritized action register: actions, suggested owners, dependencies and measures.
- Management scorecard: agreed measures, definitions, available baselines, owners and review frequency.
- 90-day growth plan: a practical sequence for the most important changes.
- Leadership readout: a working discussion that turns findings into decisions.
What we need from your team
An executive sponsor, access to leaders, service economics and sales data. Typical inputs include CRM opportunity exports, recent forecasts, selected proposals, pricing guidance and service-line reporting—shared through an agreed secure method, never through the website form.
Boundary
Diagnostic and recommendations. Execution, ongoing leadership and systems configuration are scoped separately.
Investment
$7,500 USD for the standard scope: one company or business unit, one primary commercial question, up to five stakeholder interviews and two core data exports. Remote delivery includes a leadership readout and one consolidated revision round. Delivery begins after kickoff and receipt of agreed inputs. Payment: 50% at kickoff and 50% on completion. Broader scope is agreed separately.
Frequently asked questions
Is this an implementation engagement?
No. The diagnostic produces findings and a prioritized plan. Implementation and ongoing leadership are scoped separately—your team can also run the plan on its own.
Will you need access to our CRM?
We agree on the minimum information needed. A structured export is often enough; direct access is not assumed. Confidentiality is covered in the engagement agreement.
What if our data is incomplete?
We identify the limitations and separate evidence from hypotheses. Missing data becomes part of the findings rather than an excuse for false precision.
Can it cover multiple offices, service lines or portfolio companies?
Yes, with a separately agreed scope and schedule. One business unit or service line is the default.
Do you guarantee a revenue increase?
No. The deliverable is an evidence-led diagnostic and a prioritized plan; results depend on the market and on execution.
What happens afterward?
You own the plan. If it helps, we can discuss a Service-Line Growth Sprint, a Partnership & Channel Launch or fractional leadership to carry it forward.
