Joe Chivini · Co-Founder
Joe brings more than 20 years across accounting, advisory, consulting, technology and outsourced services, including commercial roles at Armanino, Wipfli, UHY and ORBA. His commercial work sits where growth strategy meets execution: packaging services so buyers understand them, building the relationships and channels that originate work, and running the commercial operation that turns effort into revenue visibility.
Earlier in his career, he served as an owner, EVP, treasurer and board member of Austin Chemical, with responsibilities spanning finance, HR, customer service, technology and marketing. That owner/operator perspective connects commercial ambition with the realities of running a business—capacity, cash, people and the decisions owners actually have to make.
Through No Small Plans Collective, Joe has led growth and commercial engagements with Ultra Consultants, Outlook Tax & Advisory and Kapital Krest Holdings / Rely Services.
How Joe works
- Evidence before opinion. Start from the pipeline, the proposals and the people doing the work—not from a template.
- Few priorities, clear owners. A plan is useful only when each action has an owner, a measure and a review date.
- Proof before scale. Test an offer, a channel or a process change in one place before rolling it out.
- Honest boundaries. Scope, inputs and what is not included are written down before work begins. No guaranteed outcomes.
A delivery model built around Joe
Joe leads the commercial work, using AI and automation and drawing on his network of senior advisors as needed. Joe is your delivery operator and point of accountability. Advisors add perspective as needed; AI supports the work under his review. Scope and decision rights are agreed with you at the start.
Chicago-built. Burnham-inspired.
The name comes from Daniel Burnham’s famous call to “make no little plans.” We take the ambition seriously—and give it a practical form: understand the problem, design a useful plan and do the work to move it forward.
