Fractional Growth & Commercial Leadership

Put senior capacity alongside management.

Embedded commercial leadership coordinating revenue, financial visibility and technology priorities with management.

When to bring us in

The business needs a senior leader to run the commercial cadence or drive a connected execution agenda without immediately adding a permanent role.

What we work on

  • Lead the commercial review and coordinate cross-functional priorities.
  • Align pipeline and revenue assumptions with finance and delivery.
  • Coach managers and establish accountable owners for implementation.
  • Use AI and automation, draw on senior-advisor input as needed and build capability for a durable handoff.

What the team leaves with

An active operating cadence, a visible priority plan and clear responsibilities. The engagement defines decision rights, time commitment and the skills needed alongside Joe’s commercial leadership.

How progress becomes visible

Review agreed business and process measures with management. Capacity, scope and continuation are assessed at regular checkpoints.

Built around the assignment

We agree the scope, inputs, responsibilities and review cadence before work begins. Joe leads and delivers the work, using AI and automation and consulting his network of senior advisors as needed.

The NSPC delivery model

One accountable operator.
More capacity through technology.

Joe Chivini leads and delivers the work personally. He uses AI and automation for research, analysis, drafting and recurring workflows, with his network of senior advisors brought in when the assignment calls for additional perspective.

The value is in combining operating judgment with the capacity of modern tools: faster preparation, more useful analysis and more time spent implementing with management. Joe reviews the work and remains accountable for what reaches the client.

A defined operating mandate.

From $10,000 USD per month for an initial 90 days. The starting scope covers up to two active priorities and approximately six to eight hours of Joe’s weekly capacity, including preparation, implementation and meetings.

Receive an updated scorecard and action register, weekly operating reviews, a monthly management decision memo and a defined capability-transfer milestone. At day 90, decide whether to renew, reduce or conclude. Higher-intensity work is scoped separately.

Monthly fees are invoiced in advance. Any additional advisor, software or travel cost is approved before commitment.
