How No Small Plans Collective handles the information you share through this website.

Who we are
No Small Plans Collective (“NSPC,” “we,” “us”) is a Chicago, Illinois advisory practice and is responsible for the information described in this policy. For privacy questions, contact hello@nosmallplanscollective.com.
Information you provide
When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, work email, company, selected engagement interest, and message. When you request the revenue-leak guide, we collect your name, work email, and company. We also record the page you submitted from, a submission reference, and the time received. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential customer, employee, or financial information in website messages.
If you email us directly, our email service processes your message, address, and related email metadata.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, arrange conversations, provide requested resources, keep a record of business enquiries, and protect the website from abuse. Submitting a form or requesting a resource does not subscribe you to marketing email. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Booking
Our booking page embeds a scheduler provided by Koalendar. When you book a call, the details you enter (such as your name, email, and chosen time) are collected and processed by Koalendar under its own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can hold the meeting. Review Koalendar’s privacy notice before sharing information there.
Service providers and storage
We attempt to email form submissions to our business inbox, and a copy is saved in a private, non-public storage area on our web host. Our website host and email provider are based in the United States and process information only as needed to provide those services. LinkedIn and other linked services are governed by their own privacy notices.
We also use HubSpot to manage enquiries and requested resources and help us respond. We send HubSpot the name, work email, company, request type and details, selected engagement interest where provided, source page and submission reference. Submitting an enquiry or requesting a guide does not subscribe you to marketing email.
HubSpot processes information under its service terms and Data Processing Agreement. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where HubSpot and its service providers operate. Its agreement describes applicable international-transfer safeguards. Cookies, analytics, and browser storage
This site uses locally hosted fonts. Optional Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics.” Declining does not prevent enquiries, resource requests, or booking. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection; it does not delete information already collected.
If you accept, Google Analytics processes page visits, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers to help us understand website use. Google receives network information needed to deliver the service. Our page-view implementation excludes URL query strings and fragments and does not send enquiry fields to Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration. Google may process data in the United States and elsewhere; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
We save your analytics choice in local storage for 180 days where your browser permits it. Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day lifetime, which may renew with use; browser restrictions may shorten this. Google Analytics data retention also depends on the property settings. When you decline, our site removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. The embedded Koalendar scheduler may use its own cookies or similar technologies. After a successful form submission, session storage briefly holds the confirmation reference and is cleared after display or when the tab closes.
To prevent spam, the form handler uses a one-way hashed version of your network address to limit repeated submissions for ten minutes. Our web host may also keep standard server logs for security and operations.
Retention and safeguards
We keep enquiry records (including copies in HubSpot) and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if needed for an active client relationship, legal obligation, or dispute. We then delete them. Access to our inbox and stored records is limited to NSPC. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share.
Your choices and rights
You may contact hello@nosmallplanscollective.com to ask what information we hold about you or to request a correction or deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We may need to verify your request before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Legal disclosures and children
We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, our clients, or the security of this website. This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices change. The effective date above shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
